Yoga has been a part of my life for well over 15 years. I practiced it on and off in the beginning but I was always drawn back to it every time because of how it made me feel. I felt so nurtured, relaxed and connected afterwards.
It’s now a non-negotiable part of my self-care. My practice has helped me to love and accept myself, and become more self-aware both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to become the best version of me I can be.
In my classes, I love to combine feel good and creative sequencing, inclusion for all and a dose of inspiration to help you get the most out of your practice. I love to guide others to harmony and spaciousness in the body, mind and soul with yoga, and my hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished, balanced and inspired.
To me Yoga is about creating space for self-exploration using the mind, body, soul and breath connection. I believe you are your own best teacher and am here to facilitate your own exploration of Yoga and what it means to you. I hold a 200 hrs Yoga Teacher Training in Hatha Yoga and additional training in Yin Yoga.
I will look forward to welcoming you to class and let the Yoga speak for itself.
