Yoga provides many benefits for children through breathing exercises, stretching in the different Yoga postures and focusing the mind through balancing and fun guided imagery. When introducing Yoga to children, it is important to make it entertaining and enjoyable!
Family yoga provides an opportunity for parents to connect with their children through encouraging teamwork via fun partner work and supporting the child in the postures.
This workshop will provide an opportunity for parents to participate with their child(ren) in a yoga class that is fun, light hearted and enjoyable!
You will leave feeling more connected as a family and rejuvinated through all the breathing and relaxation!
Suitable for children ages 4 – 15 years!

Exchange: £15 for 1 adult and 1 child. Additional family member – £5 for an adult and £2.50 for a child.
