I work full time as a Child Development Team Leader and have done this job for over 25 years.  I am a keen cyclist and quite recently got into walking.  Yoga not only calms my mind it also keeps me injury free and believe it or not helps me to manage my busy life.  Yoga is amazing!

I trained at SYTT in the South Side of Glasgow and completed my 200 hour Yoga Alliance Accredited Training in 2016.   I have taught Seasonal Flow Yoga, beginner and general Hatha yoga, Yoga for runners and cyclists and have loved every minute of it.  I attend various workshops and classes to keep on top of my own practice which is forever evolving.

I have loved my Yoga journey and love to be able to share my passion for Yoga with others.  I feel the beautiful thing about Yoga is that it is a very individual and personal experience which can evoke emotions that bring clarity to thought and an improved sense of self-worth.  I am excited to share Seasonal Flow Yoga with you at The Chakra Hut.
