Yoga Flow

Yoga Flow is the perfect balance between movement and stillness, strength and ease. Expect a slow flowing class that focuses on feel good movements, flows with your breath and builds strength and flexibility. You’ll have some deep relaxation at the end to soak up all the benefits of the practice.

You’ll leave feeling balanced and relaxed. This class is not as fast as a traditional Vinyasa class so is suitable for all levels and plenty of options will be given.

Pre-Bed Yoga

The Pre-Bed Yoga Class is all about winding down and relaxing! This class will be Yin style, passive and will prepare you for a great nights sleep.

Candle light, essential oils and relaxing music will be used to help you unwind. You will float home in a bubble of bliss! Suitable for all levels.

Easy Like Sunday Morning Yoga (Yin & Restorative)

This class will also be Yin style and more passive to take it slow –  just how Sunday mornings should be!  The main focus is to relax, slow down and increase your flexibility through passive Yin style holding of the poses.

We will use the breath to inhale and exhale any stress or tension from you week away, ready to start a new week with a calm mind and relaxed body. Suitable for all levels.

Absolute Beginners – 6 Week Block

This is a 6 week block of classes for absolute beginners that are wanting to start Yoga but are not confident enough to go into a regular Yoga class.  During the 6 weeks, we will really break down the poses and go at a much slower pace for optimal learning.  You will be taught the fundamental poses, breathing and body awareness and be given more individual attention in these classes.  Handouts will also be given, so you can practice at home.

By the end of the 6 weeks, you will feel comfortable with the basics and know how to modify the poses to suit your own body.

The cost for the 6 weeks is £40.

Yoga HIIT Fusion

These classes combine Yoga and  Yoga Shred™ inspired HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) moves to get your fitness levels up!

The classes are 30 minutes long and contain a section of short, sharp, high intensity moves to get your heart rate up, your fast twitch muscles firing and builds stamina and strength in only 30 minutes!

Science has shown that HIIT can raise your metabolism up to 15% and burn calories and fat for 48 hours!  It’s fast, fun and challenging!  You will still get a lovely relaxation and stretch in this class as we combine it with Yoga for optimal benefits.

The moves can be modified to suit all levels and abilities.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is a general Yoga class . It includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body.  This class is suitable for all levels including absolute beginners.

Prenatal Pregnancy Class

During pregnancy your body goes through many changes, which creates stress on you mentally and physically. Prenatal yoga focuses on poses for pregnant women, in order to increase strength and flexibility.

It also helps pregnant women to develop proper breathing and relaxation techniques for an easier and more comfortable labour.

Seasonal Yoga

Seasonal Flow Yoga is a style of practice that draws on the philosophies of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the body’s meridian system (energy pathways). It connects us with the qualities of nature, whereby the flow of the class will target the energy channels relevant to the Season we are in (e.g. Gallbladder and Liver and the rising energy of Spring).  Helping to build focus and bringing a feeling of balance to our lives both physically and mentally.  Leaving us feeling revitalised and awakened in the new season. Suitable for all levels.
